Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery times are typically 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Chi City Social is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
