Refund policy

Because many Chi City Social items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds, when approved, will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
